Haven’t listened to this album in a long time, forgot I had it until I was checking out my crates last night. It’s a great compilation of some fantastic/rare Brazilian 7″ records that lean more towards the psych/funk/rock side of things. Above is a trailer for the album that was made up of video from the documentary which was included with the CD version. I went ahead and bought it on wax shortly after seeing it, so I never did end up watching the film until today after looking for it online. The original video is about 15 minutes long and can be viewed after the jump. Looks like everyone is getting together to make a full length movie based on the project, which was funded on Kickstarter late last year. Wish I had known about it then, I would have definitely supported it as well. I’m looking forward to the full length movie coming out, as the short version below is really entertaining (Joel Stones is a cool dude).
